Artifactual Accumulations
A coptic bound book with vellum inserts and an extended annotated index at the back, Artifactual Accumulations contains the early stages of thinking and making toward a thesis proposal. The writing mediates on various modes and habits of collecting, passed down through generations of my family. It attempts to find points of continuity between those traditions and the habits absorbed throughout my career as a competitive soccer player—these connections explain facets of my practice as a graphic designer.
