Lydia Chodosh is a independent designer, educator + writer based in Brooklyn, New York. She holds an MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and currently teaches at Parsons School of Design in New York. Her practice is grounded in language, critical research and conversation. Present and past collaborators include Condé Nast, Harper's Magazine, RISD Museum and Walker Art Center.

Harper’s Magazine

A collection of illustrations commissioned for a variety of editorial features while Associate Art Director at Harper’s Magazine. Represented artists in order of display: Xiao Hua Yang, Diana Ejaita, Hokyoung Kim, Yann Kebi, Icinori, Daniel Liévano and Dan Bejar, Mike McQuade and Fumi Nakamara. I helped to commission a number of other artists during this time, including Barry Falls, Chloe Cushman, Doug Chayka, Hannah Buckman, Jialun Deng, Joan Wong, Melinda Beck and Najeebah Al-Ghadban, among others.
